1-Year Limited Warranty

AVIRO paddles are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and to products purchased directly from AVIRO or an authorized retailer.

Covered

Structural defects in the core or face
Delamination under normal use
Manufacturing-related cracking or separation
Defects in materials or workmanship

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Not Covered

Normal wear and tear
Surface grit wearing down over time
Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, chips)
Edge guard wear from court contact
Damage from misuse, abuse, modification, or improper storage

Proof of purchase is required.

Apparel Returns

30-Day Return Policy

Apparel items may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for return:

Item must be unworn and unwashed
No signs of wear, damage, or odor
Original tags must remain attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
