Returns & Exchanges
All returns, exchanges, or refund requests must be authorized by contacting our Customer Support team prior to sending any item back.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

In original condition

Unused and undamaged

In original packaging with all included accessories
Paddles must have the original plastic seal intact on the handle.
Apparel must have original tags attached and must not be worn or washed.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Only the original purchaser may initiate a return. Proof of purchase is required.
All approved returns will be issued a Return Authorization number (RMA). Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
